With our years of experience, we provide our customers with informative and invaluable information, relevant to today's driving conditions. We currently operate over 45 nationwide training centres to ensure that no matter where you are in the UK you will still be able to find us.

Our Process

The process for our HGV Training is very simple but extremely effective. Firstly, you need to book a course with UK HGV.

We follow a 9 step process in getting you prepared, qualified and into your new career path. Along these 9 steps UK HGV will ensure that all steps are followed coherently and at your own pace.

By Step Seven, you will be ready to take start your Practical Test unless you do not already have a Category C Licence where you would be required to undertake our "back to back" course which should be completed within 8 days.

Vehicles

With the wide range of courses that we currently offer, it is important to know the differences between which vehicles you are eligible to drive with each differing licence.

Currently we offer courses to accommodate for Class 2, Rigid Body, Category C, Category C & E as well as Articulated Vehicles. These vehicles require different licences depending on the weight and size of the vehicle.

Horsebox Training

Finally, it is a common misconception that Horse Box Training is a complicated process. Here at UK HGV we also offer this course.

Horsebox Training is a far more simple process than formerly believed. Here at UK HGV we follow the same procedure as the training we offer for the Category C and Category C & E courses.
